Do I need my own HPC cluster for the workshops?

No! We provide cloud-based cluster access for all HPC workshops. You'll receive login credentials 24 hours before your workshop starts.

What if I don't meet all the prerequisites?

Contact us before registering. We can often provide pre-workshop materials or recommend prerequisite courses. Some workshops have beginner-friendly alternatives.

Are workshop materials provided?

Yes! All participants receive comprehensive workshop materials including slide decks, hands-on lab guides, code samples, and reference documentation. Materials remain accessible after the workshop.

Can I bring my own dataset/project?

Absolutely! We encourage bringing real-world problems. Let us know in advance so instructors can provide relevant guidance during Q&A sessions.

Do you offer corporate/group training?

Yes! We provide customized on-site and virtual training for teams of 5 or more. Contact us for a custom quote and curriculum tailored to your organization's needs.

What's your cancellation policy?

Full refund if cancelled 14+ days before the workshop. 50% refund if cancelled 7-13 days before. No refund for cancellations within 7 days, but you can transfer your registration to a future session.

Are workshops recorded?

Select workshops are recorded. Participants receive access to recordings for 90 days post-workshop. Check individual workshop pages for recording availability.

Do you provide certificates of completion?

Yes! All participants who complete a workshop receive a digital certificate of completion, including workshop details, duration, and topics covered.

What's the class size?

Maximum 20 participants per workshop to ensure personalized attention and meaningful interaction with instructors.

Do you offer student discounts?

Yes! Current students with valid .edu email addresses receive 20% off all workshops. Academic institutional licenses are also available for universities.

What time zone are workshops in?

We offer workshops in multiple time zones. Each workshop listing shows the time zone. Virtual workshops accommodate multiple regions whenever possible.

Can I get help after the workshop ends?

Yes! All participants get 30 days of email support post-workshop. We also have an active community Slack channel for ongoing peer support and knowledge sharing.
